FBFM is committed to supporting staff career development through comprehensive training and professional growth opportunities. New Farm Business Consultants participate in a structured two-year training program, which includes five formal training sessions held in May, June, July, October, and December.

In addition to new staff training, FBFM offers ongoing professional development opportunities, including Enrolled Agent training every two years and one-day training sessions offered throughout the year. FBFM also hosts two conferences annually, as well as Spring District Data Meetings and Cooperator Meetings.

FBFM staff are dedicated to continually expanding their experience, engaging with the community through presentations, cooperative meetings, and volunteer initiatives, and strengthening relationships with cooperators through personalized connections.
